Add 200ml water, 2 tea bags, and 1 cinnamon stick to a pot. Boil over high heat then simmer 3 minutes until deep red and aromatic.

Remove tea bags and cinnamon. Add 200ml whole milk, heat over medium until small bubbles appear, about 2 minutes.

Stir in 2 tbsp sugar until fully dissolved. Cook for 1 minute to incorporate the sweetness.

Tips
