Pour chilled heavy cream into a bowl and whip with an electric mixer at medium speed for about 5 minutes until soft peaks form.
Add condensed milk to the whipped cream and mix at low speed for 2 minutes until well combined and slightly thickened.
Take a clear glass or mold, first layer of biscuit crumbs (1 cm thick), then a layer of cream. Repeat 3-4 times until filled.
Smooth the top with spatula, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
Remove the pudding from the fridge, dust with cocoa powder or extra crumbs, and serve.
Tips
Key: do not over-whip cream; refrigerate long enough for it to set; finer crumbs give smoother texture.
