Cut the pork loin into thin shreds. Place in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch, a pinch of white pepper, and 1 tablespoon water. Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.
