- Honey 2-3 tablespoons
- Ice cubes as needed
- Chilled water or soda water 200 ml

Rinse salted lemons under water, remove seeds, and slice thinly. Place them in a bowl.
Add honey and gently press the lemon slices with a spoon to release juices. Let marinate for 2 minutes.
Divide the lemon-honey mixture equally between two serving glasses.
Fill each glass with ice cubes to about 80% full.
Slowly pour chilled water or soda water into each glass until full. Stir gently with a long spoon.
Garnish with a lemon slice or mint leaf if desired. Serve immediately for a refreshing drink.
