5 items- Pumpkin 300g
- Glutinous rice flour 200g
- White sugar 30g
- White sesame seeds 20g
- Vegetable oil as needed

Peel and slice pumpkin; steam over high heat for 15 min until tender. Mash and mix with sugar.
Gradually add glutinous rice flour into pumpkin mash; knead into a smooth dough. Rest for 5 min.
Divide dough into 12 portions. Roll each into a ball and press into a 1 cm thick patty.
Coat both sides of each patty with sesame seeds, pressing gently to adhere.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Fry patties 3-4 min per side until golden and puffed.
Tips
Moisture content of pumpkin varies; adjust flour amount to make a non-sticky dough. Avoid high heat to prevent burning outside before inside is cooked.
